Group Reservation Deposit/Fee
Please only make a payment for a group reservation fee if directed to do so by the restaurant after you have specifically been told by one of our staff members that we can accept your reservation based on the requested date and time. Please do not make any payments until you have received this confirmation from the restaurant.
Based on our group reservation policies, this fee may be refunded upon arrival of your party for the reservation or it may be in addition to your bill as the fee for booking the room. Our staff should have explained which of these applies, but please confirm with the restaurant before making any payments to be certain there is no confusion if you are unsure. Further, you may read our group reservation policies to learn more about the refundable deposit versus the reservation booking fee.
The individual product price is set at $15, so enter the quantity so that the total amount due equals the reservation fee based on the $15/per person amount.
Please note that all reservations are non-cancellable within the seven-day window of the reservation date and no refunds will be provided within this non-cancellable period.
Please keep in mind that we have limited seating capacity and if more than the agreed upon number of individuals show up for a reservation, we may not be able to seat the additional guests.
If less than the total number of individuals show up for the reservation, then the deposit for that number of individuals shall not be refunded, as we are a small establishment and cannot hold seats for a reservation that ultimately don’t get utilized by the party because less than the agreed upon number show up.
If eligible for a refund of the deposit, the refund will be refunded to the credit card used to make the deposit within 48 hours after your reservation time, though when the funds will show in your account may depend on your bank’s policies and practices.
