Non-Group Reservations (12 People or Less)

Please keep in mind that while the reservation system might say we are booked at a given time, we always reserve some tables for walk-in guests, as well. If you are looking for group reservations over 12 people, please do not use the reservation tool, rather read the section below on Group Reservations.

Group & Large Reservations (Over 12 People)

We love groups and are very appreciative of every group’s interest in dining at The Pickled Pig. While we do our best to accommodate all groups, our limited size and staffing setup require us to establish the following systems to ensure we can successfully achieve our standards.

If you have more than 12 people, please contact the restaurant using the form below to see if we can accommodate your group at the desired time once you have read the below guidelines.

For group reservations, we have the following policies to ensure we are able to maintain our service standards for both the group and other dining guests.

  • Depending on the size of the party, we may only be able to offer a limited menu.. If this is the case, we will let you know when responding to the reservation inquiry. If we need to offer a limited menu those items will be the only items able to be offered to your group and we unfortunately will not be able to offer items from our regular or kids menus, The limited menu is located at the bottom of this page.

  • For group reservations booked during busy times, holiday periods or weekends, please understand that because we have limited seating capacity and we need to stop seating a large portion of our seating area to save space for group reservations, we may require a $15 per person non-refundable reservation fee to be collected a minimum of seven days prior to the reservation date. This fee is the cost to book the room and is not applied towards food and beverage purchases. However, This fee is only charged during busy periods when we need to turn away guests prior to your party arriving so we can save space in our dining room to accommodate your later reservation. This is necessary because during busy periods we are able to keep the dining room continuously sat with tables. If we require this fee, we will notify you when we respond to your reservation inquiry. Please note that all reservations are non-cancellable within the seven-day window of the reservation date and no refunds will be provided within this non-cancellable period.

  • For group reservations in non-peak periods, as determined by the restaurant, we will hold a $15 per person deposit to be collected at least 7 days prior to the reservation. The deposit amount will be refunded to the credit card used when booking the reservation upon your group’s arrival at the restaurant. Please note that all reservations are non-cancellable within the seven-day window of the reservation date and no refunds will be provided within this non-cancellable period. If less than the total number of individuals show up for the reservation, then the deposit for that number of individuals shall not be refunded, as we are a small establishment and cannot hold seats for a reservation that ultimately don’t get utilized by the party because less than the agreed upon number show up. Deposit refunds may take 3-5 business days to show up on your statement based on your bank’s policies.

  • We are unable to do separate checks for group reservations, however, we can take up to three separate payments to settle the bill. We can also provide a single check for each table comprising the group.

  • Please keep in mind that we have limited seating capacity and if more than the agreed upon number of individuals show up for a reservation, we may not be able to seat the additional guests. Should you seek to increase your number, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee any reservation size increases, or reservations size decreases if within the seven-day window of the reservation date.

  • We will make sure that all tables are together, but each individual table will be able to accommodate a maximum of eight people. Servers will ring in orders for each table separately.
