Our burgers are the bomb—ground from a blend of short rib, chuck and brisket. Not an easy or cheap process, but the end result is the best burger you'll ever have.
All meats are roasted or smoked in-house from local (when possible), hormone and antibiotic-free meat.
Our fries are hand-cut and fried to order in peanut oil.
You get it...everything we make is made fresh and in-house. From homemade ketchup, BBQ sauce and condiments to bread, cheeses and smoked meats, The Pickled Pig is about serving fresh, artisan pub food with all the flavor, but without the frills.
