  • Our burgers are the bomb!  We grind our own beef using a house blend of short rib, chuck and brisket.  Not an easy or cheap process, but the end result is the best burger you'll ever have.  Lean more about how we make our burgers here.
  • All meats are roasted or smoked in-house from local (when possible), hormone and antibiotic-free meat.
  • We believe the bread makes or breaks the sandwich.  Because of this, all of our bread is made daily in-house.  We use a brioche-style bun for all our burgers and a unique "Dutch Crunch" bread for most sandwiches. Learn more about our unique Dutch Crunch bread here.
  • Our fries are hand-cut and 'tater tots made in-house, both fried to order.
  • Our soft-serve frozen custard is homemade from local, organic cream and natural ingredients.
  • You get it...everything we make is made fresh and in-house.  From homemade ketchup, BBQ sauce and condiments to bread, cheeses and smoked meats, The Pickled Pig is about serving fresh, artisan pub food with all the flavor, but without the frills.
