  • For large groups, we offer renting the entire restaurant or just a separate seating area depending on your needs..

  • We also offer a private, heated outdoor Party Tent that accommodates up to 75 people. The party tent is setup to accommodate an outside music band and has its own Tiki Bar.

WE LOVE GROUPS AND ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE OF EVERY GROUP’S INTEREST IN DINING AT THE PICKLED PIG. WHILE WE DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE ALL GROUPS, OUR SIZE AND STAFFING SETUP REQUIRE US TO ESTABLISH THE FOLLOWING SYSTEMS TO ENSURE WE CAN SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE OUR STANDARDS and provide your group with a fantastic experience.

 Group & Large Reservations (Over 10 People)

  • We will make sure that all tables are together in the same area, but each individual dining table utilized for the group will be able to accommodate a maximum of eight people. To expedite service for the group, there may be multiple servers handling the group and servers will ring in orders for each table separately—in other words, food will be ordered and delivered by table.

  • We are unable to do separate checks for group reservations, however, we can take up to three separate payments to settle the bill. We can also provide a single check for each table comprising the group.

  • Depending on the size of the party, we may only be able to offer a limited menu. If this is the case, we will let you know when responding to the reservation inquiry so there are no surprises. If we need to offer a limited menu, those items will be the only items able to be offered to your group and we unfortunately will not be able to offer items from our regular or kids menus, The limited menu is located at the bottom of this page for your review.

  • For group reservations booked during busy times, holiday periods or weekends, please understand that because we have limited seating capacity and we need to stop seating a large portion of our restaurant to save space for a group reservation, we may require a $15 per person non-refundable reservation fee to be collected a minimum of seven days prior to the reservation date. This fee is the cost to rent the space required for the group and is not applied towards food and beverage purchases. However, This fee is only charged during busy periods when we need to turn away guests prior to your party arriving so we can save space in our dining room to accommodate your later reservation. This is necessary because during busy periods we are able to keep the dining room continuously sat with tables. If we require this fee, we will notify you when we respond to your reservation inquiry. Please note that all reservations are non-cancellable within the seven-day window of the reservation date and no refunds will be provided within this non-cancellable period.

  • For group reservations in non-peak periods, as determined by the restaurant, we will hold a $15 per person deposit to be collected at least 7 days prior to the reservation—this would be in place of the reservation fee detailed above that is applied during peak periods. The deposit amount will be applied to the balance of the check on conclusion of the event. Please note that all reservations are non-cancellable within the seven-day window of the reservation date and no refunds will be provided within this non-cancellable period. If less than the total number of individuals show up for the reservation, then the deposit for that number of individuals shall not be applied to the check balance, as we are a small establishment and cannot hold seats for a reservation that ultimately don’t get utilized by the party because less than the agreed upon number show up.

  • If the Party Tent is requested, there is a $250 rental fee. Should you desire a band or bartender to utilize the Tiki Bar, additional fees may apply.

  • Please keep in mind that we have limited seating capacity and if more than the agreed upon number of individuals show up for a reservation, we may not be able to seat the additional guests. Should you seek to increase your number, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee any reservation size increases.

  • Please make sure that all guests in the group are aware of these standards and systems so there are no surprises.
